A logistics company, based in Honeydew Gauteng, is looking for a motivated and detail-oriented Junior Financial Administrator to join their team.

Role Overview:

We are seeking an organized, proactive, and enthusiastic Junior Financial Administrator to support the finance team in maintaining accurate financial records and assisting with the preparation of financial reports. This entry-level position is perfect for someone looking to start or build their career in finance.

Key Responsibilities:

- Assist in managing accounts payable and receivable

- Help with the preparation of financial statements and reports

- Assist with bank reconciliations and cash flow management

- Maintain accurate financial records and databases

- Provide administrative support to the finance team as needed

- Ensure compliance with financial regulations and company policies

- Help with payroll processing and employee benefits administration

Skills & Qualifications:

- A relevant degree or qualification in finance, accounting, or related field (preferred but not essential)

- Strong attention to detail and accuracy

- Excellent organizational and time-management skills

- Ability to work well within a team and independently

- Proficient in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, Outlook) and financial software (e.g., QuickBooks or similar)

- Strong communication skills, both written and verbal

- A proactive approach with a willingness to learn
