My client is looking for an Junior Financial Analyst to join their vibrant workforce. As a key player in their team, you will provide crucial Financial Analysis support to their commercial operations, ensuring seamless processes across various business functions.

This position would be suitable for someone who studied Accounting. 

(The position is based in La Mercy, Durban at the Dube Tradepost)

Key Responsibilities:

• Utilize advanced Excel skills to maintain and analyze complex data sets, creating reports and visualizations.

• Map business processes, identifying opportunities for optimization.

• Support commercial decision-making and strategic planning with strong business acumen.

• Perform financial analyses and calculations using basic accounting principles.

• Coordinate tasks and collaborate with teams using project management tools like Monday.com.

• Foster strong relationships between internal stakeholders and external partners.

• Propose creative solutions to streamline workflows and overcome operational challenges.

• Excel in a fast-paced environment, meeting deadlines and prioritizing tasks effectively.

Qualifications and Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Finance, or a related field.

• 1-3 years of relevant experience in an administrative or operational role.

• Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel and data analysis tools.

• Experience with Monday.com is advantageous.

• Strong problem-solving skills and a drive for continuous improvement.

• Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.

• Team player with a collaborative work ethic.

• Commercially astute with a deep understanding of business operations.

The salary on offer is between R18 000 - R20 000 per month, please do not apply if you already earn more than this
