SUMMARY:
Are you an experienced finance professional ready to take the reins in a global business? This international leader, operating across multiple industries and countries, is looking for a Financial Controller to drive financial excellence and inspire a team.

POSITION INFO:
Join a dynamic organization known for its innovative solutions in manufacturing, mining, and construction. This role offers the chance to lead a skilled finance team while delivering top-notch reporting for a multinational company. It’s a role designed for an ambitious individual with a strong technical background and a passion for managing people.

Other duties include:

Managing and delivering consolidated financial reports across various countries.
Leading and developing a team of five skilled finance professionals.
Overseeing compliance with multinational standards, including IFRS.
Collaborating with operations to improve processes and drive efficiency.
Ensuring accurate reporting and analysis to inform business decisions.

Education:

BCom with completed articles.

Job Experience & Skills Required:

2 - 3 years' of post-qualification experience.
Industry exposure in manufacturing, mining, or construction is highly advantageous.
Proven people management experience, with a track record of building and leading teams.
Expertise in reporting for multinational businesses operating across various countries.
Strong technical knowledge and attention to detail.
