POSITION INFO:

Leading trendy Restaurant in the Krugersdorp / Cradlestone area is looking for a junior front of house Restaurant manager. Must have experience in a busy Restaurant environment with strong knowledge of Restaurant floor management. Candidates with 2+ years management experience in a sit down Restaurant will be considered. Must have strong communications skills with the ability to manage a Restaurant floor. Applicants must be well spoken and must have exceptional customer relations skills. All references must be contactable. Experience with Restaurant administration & cash-ups needed. Duties will include waiter management, stock control, opening & closing procedures. Looking for someone who works well in a team and who can work under pressure. Applicants must be ambitious, self-motivated, and energetic. Salary R 12 – 14 K net.
