Our client who is a packaging company which manufactures and supplies packaging products is looking for an Admin Clerk

JOB DESCRIPTION:

Area: Qwaqwa, Free State
Administrative Assistant Job Responsibilities:
  • Provides administrative support to ensure efficient operation of office.
  • Answers phone calls, schedules meetings and supports visitors.
  • Carries out administrative duties such as filing, typing, copying, scanning etc.
  • Exhibits polite and professional communication via phone, e-mail, and mail.
  • Supports team by performing tasks related to organization and strong communication.
  • Provides information by answering questions and requests
Education and Experience Requirements:
  • Matric / Grade 12 High school diploma or equivalent education desirable
  • 2 year of administrative assistant experience
  • Fully Computer Literate
  • Strong Excel Skills
  • Strong Admin skills
  • Petty cash handling
  • Capturing Pay Slips
  • Checking Clocking Cards
  • Assist with all admin in office to feed other department
