Junior HR Administrator - Durban South

JOB DESCRIPTION:

A Premium Motor Dealership in Durban is looking for a Junior HR Administrator to help assist their team.

Requirements:

Experience as an HR Administrator
Computer literate
Good understanding of Labour Laws
Organizational skills and ability to prioritize
Interpersonal with good communicative skills
Experience in the Automotive Industry would be a bonus
SDF Accreditation (would be a bonus)
VIP Premier Experience (non-negotiable)

Duties (but not limited to):

Assist with daily operations of the HR functions
Provide admin support to HR consultants
Compile and update employee records
Update databases internally, such as sick and maternity leave
Prepare and amend where necessary HR documents, i.e. employment contracts and recruitment guides
Review and renew company policies and legal compliance
Liaison with employees on any HR-related queries
Handle complaints and resolve issues effectively
Assist with payroll by providing the department with relevant employee information, i.e. holiday and sick days taken
Assist with various arrangements internally, from travel to processing expenses
