SUMMARY:
Junior Hospitality and Retail Manager required to support the general restaurant operations, assisting the senior management in overseeing daily activities. Based in Ballito.

POSITION INFO:
Requirements:

Minimum of 2 years of management experience in the hospitality industry
Retail experience is a plus
Must have their own reliable vehicle
Availability to work weekends and flexible shifts (5 - 6 shifts per week)
Strong leadership and team management skills
Proficiency in administrative tasks, including orders
Highly organised with excellent attention to detail
Strong customer relationship management skills
