SUMMARY:
One of our clients a leading IT Managed service provider with operations in Southern Africa, Australia, USA and Europe is looking for a Junior IT Engineer to join their Cape Town office.

POSITION INFO:

Our client is looking to hire candidates with or without experience who are passionate to resolve IT Related problems as well as creating enhanced customer experience for clients.

Desired Experience & Qualification

The successful candidate must be a graduate in IT related field

Must have project management skills as well as time management skills in order to address issues logged by clients in a professional and timely manner.

The candidate must be able to do research and solve problems on a daily basis as well as have motivation to continually improve themselves by keeping up to date with latest trends and development within the IT Field. The successful candidate will work on a rotational shift schedule as our client operations run 24 hours as well as 7 days a week.

Need to be willing to travel to clients sites (Valid driver’s licence)
Need to be willing to come to JHB branch (Headquarters) for onboarding should it be necessary
Need to be hands on candidate with a passion for the IT Industry and business in general
Will work on rotational shift basis (07h00 – 16h00 or 08h00 – 17h00 or 09h00 – 18h00)

Package & Remuneration

R10 000 CTC to R12000 CTC per month
