Junior IT Specialist / Developer

Minimum Requirements

• Diploma/Degree in IT, Computer Science, or a related field
• Basic knowledge of C# (including Visual Studio) and experience in software development
• Strong understanding of SQL (queries, stored procedures, and database troubleshooting)
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, including formulas for data analysis and report generation
• Experience with Crystal Reports for report generation advantageous
• Knowledge of SQL Server Integration Services (SSIS) for data integration and automation advantageous

Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain reports using SQL
• Investigate and resolve SQL-related issues
• Assist in database queries, optimizations, and troubleshooting
• Use Excel to generate custom reports from SQL Views or stored procedures
• Work with Excel formulas for data manipulation and analysis
• Assist with call centre operations and strategies where needed
