A company in Strydom Park, Randburg who has firmly established itself as a Leader in the supply of toners and spare parts, setting new benchmarks for importing and distributing innovative, cost effective and reliable products is looking for a Junior Internal Sales Administrator.

POSITION INFO:
Industry experience required - 1 to 3 years
Tasks to be filled on a daily basis:

Maintaining customer base and growing business by cross selling
Excellent Customer Service qualities
Answering the phone
Telephone etiquette
Quotations
Handling queries
Effective follow-up
Taking orders

Skills required:

Ability to understand the product
Ability to market the products
Good communication skills
Problem solving skills
Sage CRM experience would be advantageous

Qualities required:

Logically minded, Organized, Common sense, Punctuality, Reliability, Accuracy, Competent
Outgoing and confident personality
