POSITION INFO:
Key Responsibilities:

• Develop trust relationships with major clients, ensuring loyalty and preventing them from turning to competitors.
• Gain a deep understanding of customer needs and expand relationships by proposing tailored solutions.
• Act as a liaison between key customers and internal teams, ensuring seamless communication and resolution of issues.
• Drive new sales and maintain a portfolio of key accounts, presenting current offers and generating business opportunities.
• Prepare insightful reports on progress and forecasts, keeping stakeholders informed and engaged.

• Tertiary qualification preferred.
• 1-3 years of B2B sales or account management experience.
• Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
• Driver’s License and own transport.
• Fluency in the local language.
