SUMMARY:
Our client in the Fiduciary Services sector (attorneys) based in Kenilworth Cape Town is seeking a junior legal secretary with 3 years of experience.

JOB DESCRIPTION:

Experience in working with clients doing their FAIS and FICA compliance 
Attending to payment requests 
Knowledge of setting-up Trust Accounts 
Diary management of Director
Liaise with the Master’s office as required 
Preparation of meeting packs for clients regarding their trusts 
Maintain Trust database 
Opening new files 
Ensure hard copies and electronic filing is in order 
Liaising with tax advisors (3rd party providers)
Assist the Fiduciary Specialist/Director as required 
Record time attendances for Director 
Attend to general administrative duties.
