A unique and charming Wine Farm is looking for a JUNIOR MARKETING ASSISTANT to join their team

POSITION INFO:
The ideal candidate for this Unique Wine Farm's Junior Marketing Assistant role is organized, professional, and enthusiastic about supporting marketing efforts. They excel in client servicing, merchandising, and administrative tasks, while thriving in dynamic, fast-paced environments.
They possess strong interpersonal and communication skills, enabling them to build and maintain positive relationships with clients and team members. Adaptability and a proactive attitude are essential, as the role requires flexibility to work weekends, handle promotional events, and manage multiple responsibilities simultaneously.

Candidate Requirements:

A National Senior Certificate (matric/Grade 12)
Fluency in Afrikaans and English.
Strong interpersonal and administrative skills.
Availability to work weekends for promotions, functions, and events.
A valid driver’s license and own transport.
Willingness to travel locally.
Serviced existing clients, including packing aisles, merchandising, ensuring correct pricing, and taking orders.
Execute basic administrative tasks, supporting smooth business operations.
Report to lead marketers, providing updates and insights as needed.
Plan routes and travel daily to visit clients, ensuring efficient coverage and customer engagement.

Live out, office-based position.

Basic salary plus % commission.
