SUMMARY:
Responsible for the marketing division’s administrative and operational tasks. These tasks will be carried out across the client's, Retail and Events & Sponsorship portfolios. Administration, co-ordination, marketing-, brand- and event management principles are key to understanding and effectively rolling out tasks within the department.

Expect to handle small scale activations and manage small tactical campaigns across the portfolio. Must have a passion for marketing and have the enthusiasm and energy to support the various marketing leads. A well-organized individual able to juggle multiple projects at once.

POSITION INFO:
Qualification: Matric
Preferred Qualification: Degree or Diploma
Occupational level: 5
NQF Level: NQF 5
Experience: Minimum of 2 years’ experience in administrative and junior marketing assistant/ coordination role

KPI

Office Administration: Administration support to the marketing division
Marketing Administration: Ensures proper function of marketing deliverables through administrative support to the marketing brand leads
Supplier management: Effective maintenance of SLAs
Event management: Implements small activation and tactical events to promote the various brands of the client's group
Risk management: Identifies and manages business risk
Human Capital - Self-development: Participates in training and development initiatives in-line with personal development plans.
