Heat load calculations
Design development
Outline specifications

Tender & Procurement:

Detailed specifications
Tender documentation
Bill of quantities
Tender evaluation

Construction Management:

Construction documentation
Contract instructions
Financial cost control
Ongoing estimates
Payment valuations
Quality assurance inspections
Quality control documentation
Commissioning verification

Project Close-out:

Conclude final account
Review hand-over documentation
Works and final completion defects list

QUALIFICATIONS & EXPERIENCE REQUIREMENTS

BSc Eng (Mech), B Eng (Mech), M Eng (Mech)
0-3 years mechanical engineering / contracting experience in building services (HVAC systems)
Must be keen to join the programme to become registered as PPROFESSIONAL ENGINEER with ECSA - learn from leaders in the industry

Package & Remuneration
Market related - negotiable depending on qualifications and experience
