Job Description:

An excellent opportunity for a Junior monitoring administrator to join a rapidly growing financial services firm. You will work as part of a highly professional support team that enables portfolio managers to maintain excellent relationship with clients and ensures that the business is able to deliver outstanding services.

Skills & Requirements:

Essential:
- BCOM graduate - finance/economics
- Hard working
- Excellent administration and interpersonal skills
- Capability to work under pressure in order to meet deadlines
- Impeccable attention to detail
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office, particularly Word and Excel
- Ability to work individually and as part of a team
Preferred:
- Awareness of anti-money laundering and know your client/due diligence requirements
The Role:
- Deal with potential fraudulent matches
- liase with amangement regarding potential matches
- review data and investigate to discount potential matches
- Filing and scanning
- provide adminstrative assistance
