One of the world’s leading international retail digital businesses is seeking a Junior Ops Partner (Junior Project Manager) .

JOB DESCRIPTION:

Requirements: 
  • Diploma/Bachelor's Degree in appropriate field of study or equivalent work experience.
  • 1-3 years’ experience in similar role.
  • Experience in supporting end to end delivery of small, medium & large scoped projects.
  • Basic understanding of project management principles, lifecycles and methodologies.
  • Project management software skills would be beneficial.
  • Microsoft office and Google suite: Excel, Word and PowerPoint.
  • Strong planning and organisation skills.
  • Attention to detail.
  • Ability to build relationships through communication and collaboration.
Duties and responsibilities: 
  • Understand & implement the project management principles as outlined by the project management strategy and vision.
  • Understand and support in managing the project scope.
  • Support in the development of project plans, including schedule and budget.
  • Organise and allocate business resource as required by the project.
  • Communicate and provide reporting across both team and stakeholder levels on project timings, milestones and deliverables.
  • Identify and manage project dependencies, risks and issues.
  • Support in the development of continuous improvement through business practices, templates, policies and tools in collaboration with key business stakeholders.
  • Adhoc - Any other reasonable request from management including particular projects as and when needed.
