Junior Oracle Functional Consultant - Finance

SUMMARY:
Our client in mining is looking for a Junior Oracle Financial Functional Support with experience in Oracle Financial modules, assisting users with inquiries and issues while learning to configure and enhance the system.

POSITION INFO:
Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Information Systems, or a related field.
• Basic understanding of financial principles and accounting practices.
• Familiarity with Oracle E-Business Suite or similar ERP systems is a plus.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Eagerness to learn and adapt to new technologies and processes.
• Experience with financial reporting or data analysis tools.
• Basic knowledge of SQL or data extraction methods is a plus.

• User Support:
• Assist end-users with questions and issues related to Oracle Financial modules (e.g., General Ledger, Accounts Payable, Accounts Receivable).
• Provide first-level troubleshooting and escalate complex issues to senior staff as needed.
• System Configuration:
• Support the configuration of Oracle Financial applications under the guidance of senior team members.
• Assist in testing new functionalities and system upgrades.
• Training & Documentation:
• Help develop training materials and user documentation.
• Participate in training sessions to improve user proficiency with Oracle Financials.
