Take full ownership of procurement systems and administration

JOB DESCRIPTION:

Job Role:

Updating pricing
Updating catalogue
Managing supplier portal
Managing supplier tenders submitted on the portal
Managing supplier evaluation on the portal
Managing interphase between Oxalys and Business Central
Managing supplier documentation submitted on the portal
- Ensuring all supplier documentation is correct
- Managing supplier onboarding process on the portal
  - Providing training to the supplier on how to use the supplier portal
  - Managing any club queries regarding the system
  - Providing training to new staff joining PF
  - Providing daily, weekly, monthly reports on the system
  - Liaise with Internal Audit for auditing purposes

Experience:

Above average communication skill
2 years plus procurement experience
Strong attention to detail
Must be Gauteng based
Preferable exposure to the Health and Fitness industry
