JOB DESCRIPTION:

Responsible for:

  • the administrative management of projects and ensuring that all deadlines are met.
    • day-to-day administrative tasks associated with a project as well as provide guidance to other team members on their individual responsibilities
  • Play a role in ensuring that projects are run in compliance with the Clients requirements and provide guidance to project teams accordingly
  • Play a role in maintaining and integrating the existing project plans
  • Assiting in tracking and reporting overall progress
  • Establishing and maintaining the project documentation library, and Supporting the relevant Programme Manager(s) and Project Manager(s) with various activities.

  • work closely with peers across different departments in order to coordinate projects efficiently and effectively whilst maintaining an open communication channel between them.
  • Ability to be self-managed, ethical, and honest;
  • Ability to work under extreme pressure in a very competitive environment
  • Have a pragmatic approach to business transformation
  • Ability to be respectful and seek to build relationships

Requirements:

  • Strong presentation skills at board level or executive management level;
  • Relevant business development experience and skills
  • Experience and capability of leading IT technologies.

Qualifications:

  • One or more tertiary qualification(s) issued by a registered tertiary institution that is/are relevant to the role of project administration
  • A minimum of 1 (one) year of experience at managerial level in a Project Administrator or equivalent role
