Junior Project Manager /Administrator

SUMMARY:
Our client is looking for a highly organized and motivated Junior Project Manager / Administrator to support the successful execution of solar energy projects. This is an excellent opportunity for someone eager to develop project management skills in the renewable energy sector, while contributing to a cleaner, more sustainable future. The company is based in Irene, and it is on a temporary basis.

POSITION INFO:
Key Responsibilities:

• Assist in the planning, execution, and management of solar projects
• Coordinate between clients, suppliers, and internal teams to ensure smooth project delivery
• Maintain project schedules, track milestones, and report on progress
• Prepare and manage project documentation, contracts, and correspondence
• Help with budgeting and cost tracking for solar projects
• Ensure compliance with all relevant regulations, safety standards, and quality assurance processes
• Provide administrative support to project managers and senior team members

• A relevant qualification (Degree or Diploma) in Project Management, Business Administration, or a related field
• At least 1-2 years of experience in project coordination or administration (preferably within the renewable energy, construction, or engineering sectors)
• Strong organizational and multitasking skills
• Excellent communication skills (written and verbal)
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
• A passion for renewable energy and sustainability
• Knowledge of solar energy industry trends is a plus
