Junior Quantity Surveyor

Requirements:

• Hold a quantity surveying qualification
• Possess a minimum of 2 years post-graduation experience, preferably with a building contractor
• Confidence and strong communication skills
• Ability to assert oneself in negotiation situations

Responsibilities:

• Site measurements , assist in the preparation of monthly certificates , sub contractor payments and the management of contract documents
• Conduct cost analysis and prepare estimates
• Procurement process involvement, including obtaining quotes and negotiating prices
• Monitoring project progress and costs to ensure adherence to budgets
• Collaboration with project stakeholders for smooth project delivery
• Maintenance of accurate records and documentation
