SUMMARY:
A well-established company based in Stellenbosch, Cape Town is seeking a Junior RF Design Engineer to join their dynamic team.

POSITION INFO:
Requirements:

Bachelor's Degree in Electrical Engineering, Electronics, Mechatronics or a related field.
Solid understanding of Radio Frequency (RF) engineering principles and practices.
1-2 years of relevant experience is a plus, particularly in the military, aerospace, or related industries.
Strong team player, with the ability to also work independently.
Resilience to feedback and the ability to maintain a positive demeanor.

Problem-Solving and Analytical Skills: Excellent analytical abilities to troubleshoot and resolve technical issues. Capability to perform root cause analysis and develop effective solutions.
Communication and Interpersonal Skills:

- Strong interpersonal skills to build and maintain relationships with stakeholders.
Project Management and Organizational Skills: Competency in managing multiple projects and tasks simultaneously.
Customer-Focused Mindset: A proactive approach to understanding and addressing customer needs with the ability to provide exceptional field application support and resolve customer issues.

Responsibilities:

Provide field application support for RF products and systems.
Collaborate with customers, suppliers, and internal teams to address technical inquiries and issues.
Transition into the role of RF Product Owner, overseeing product development and management.
Assist the sales team with technical support and product information.
Stay updated with the latest RF technologies and industry shifts.
