Must have reliable internet connection and home office / work station.
Training will be provided.

JOB DESCRIPTION:

Requirements:

Strong attention to detail
Trustworthy and high levels of confidentiality
Ability to work under pressure
Organised and able to manage large workloads
Fast and accurate typing skills
Willing to assist in all areas of the business
Computer literate - must have MS Office experience (Outlook, Word and Excel)
Quick learner
Deadline driven
Honest and good communication skills - verbal and written
Excellent email and telephone etiquette
Strong planning and tracking of work

Responsibilities:

Full admin support daily
Updating of database and reports within set company deadlines
Answering of incoming calls and attending to queries
Personal assistant duties
Recruitment for clients
