SUMMARY:

We’re looking for a friendly, organized, and fast-learning Sales Consultant to join our client’s team.
This full-time position is based on our clients’ farm and involves assisting high-end clients in hand-selecting their trees during nursery tours.

POSITION INFO:
What You’ll Do:

Assist clients in selecting their perfect trees from our nursery.
Listen carefully to understand what clients truly need and want.
Provide pricing, stock availability, and prepare quotations.
Support our operations, production, and nursery teams to ensure smooth processes.
Handle both office tasks and outdoor work, including managing tree inventory.

What We’re Looking For:

Proficiency in both English and Afrikaans
Sales experience and a valid driver’s license
Basic computer skills and comfort with office and outdoor tasks
A fast learner who’s eager to gain new skills
Resides in the Stellenbosch area and has reliable transport
Clean and sober habits
A team player who aligns with our core values of honesty, loyalty, and authenticity
