Key Responsibilities:

• Field Sales:Engage with potential clients,You’ll meet with new prospects, present our products, and close deals on the spot.
• Customer Relationship Building: Develop lasting relationships with clients to create repeat business and referrals.
• Product Knowledge: Become an expert in our products and services, knowing exactly how to meet each customer’s unique needs.
• Sales Targets: Stay motivated by achieving individual and team sales goals, earning rewards and bonuses for high performance.
• Market Expansion: Contribute to expanding Yogan Direct Marketing’s reach by tapping into new areas and markets across Durban.
• Administrative Support: Keep track of your activities, maintaining records and reporting on your progress.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

• Matric Certificate (NSC) and NQF Level 4 (or equivalent) is required.
• Age: 18-31 years old.
• Energetic & Enthusiastic: Bring positive energy to every interaction! We’re looking for people who are excited about the prospect of selling and engaging with new customers.
• People Person: Strong communication and interpersonal skills are key – you’ll be talking to all kinds of people and building lasting connections.
• Self-Motivated: Take ownership of your success. You’ll need the drive to meet and exceed your sales targets.
• Problem-Solver: The ability to understand customer needs and offer the perfect solutions to meet them.
• Flexibility: You’ll need to adapt to different environments and client needs, making each day unique and exciting.
• Previous Experience (preferred but not essential): Experience in sales or customer service is a plus, but we’re happy to train driven individuals with no prior experience.
