POSITION INFO:

Main job function

- Assist the sales team in generating leads and identifying potential customers

- Conduct market research to identify new business opportunities

- Respond to customer inquiries and provide product information

- Prepare and send sales quotations and invoices to customers

- Coordinate with the production and logistics departments to ensure timely delivery of products

- Maintain accurate records of sales activities, customer interactions, and sales forecasts

- Follow up with customers to ensure customer satisfaction and identify upselling opportunities

Qualifications

- Minimum Grade 12

- Language requirements:  Fluent in English and Afrikaans are mandatory

- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

- Strong customer service orientation

- Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment

- Proficient in Microsoft Office suite (Word, Excel)

- Familiarity with Syspro software is a plus

- Prior experience in sales or customer service is preferred but not required

- Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively

- Attention to detail and strong organizational skills
