Junior Sales Trainee

SUMMARY:
We are looking for a motivated school leaver who is eager to kickstart their career in sales and receive hands-on training in the field. This is a fantastic opportunity for someone who is passionate about a sales environment. The successful candidate will begin on a month-to-month contract, with the potential for growth or similar opportunity afterwards based on performance and business needs.

POSITION INFO:

Key Responsibilities:

• Assist the sales team with basic tasks such as lead generation and client outreach
• Learn and support in preparing sales proposals and presentations
• Participate in training sessions to develop sales and client management skills
• Maintain the CRM system and assist with customer inquiries
• Attend meetings, product demonstrations, and other sales-related activities

Requirements:

• School leaver (Matric essential).
• Tertiary Qualification is beneficial. 
• Strong interest in pursuing a career in sales.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Willingness to learn and develop professionally.
• A team player with a positive attitude.
