Job Overview:
In this dynamic role, you will act as a key liaison between clients, subcontractors, and the technical teams. You’ll be responsible for ensuring that all fibre installations meet the highest standards of quality, while keeping projects on schedule. This role requires a balance of project management skills, technical know-how in the fibre space, and the ability to engage effectively with clients and subcontractors. Key Responsibilities:

• Project Management: Oversee and coordinate fibre installation projects from inception to completion, ensuring timely delivery and adherence to quality standards.
• Subcontractor Management: Liaise with subcontractors, ensuring they meet project deadlines and quality benchmarks, and proactively address any challenges or delays.
• Onsite Quality Checks: Conduct regular site visits to monitor the quality of fibre installations, ensuring they align with industry standards and client expectations.
• Client Liaison: Serve as a point of contact for clients, ensuring clear communication throughout the project lifecycle and addressing any concerns promptly.
• Health & Safety Compliance: Ensure that all on-site activities comply with health and safety regulations, with a particular focus on the fibre installation environment.
• Technical Oversight: Apply your technical knowledge of fibre to provide support, troubleshoot issues, and ensure smooth project execution.
• Problem-Solving & Initiative: Actively identify potential issues before they arise and provide solutions to keep projects on track.
• Flexibility & Growth: Be willing to take on tasks outside of your immediate job description as needed, contributing to the company’s success and your own personal growth.

• Previous experience in Project Management, preferably in the fibre or telecommunications industry.
• Proven experience working with subcontractors and managing relationships effectively.
• Technical understanding of fibre connectivity installations and related equipment.
• Some experience or knowledge of Health and Safety practices, particularly in the fibre space.
• Excellent communication skills and the ability to interact professionally with clients and subcontractors.
• Strong initiative and a proactive approach to problem-solving.
• Must be adaptable, willing to learn, and able to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
• Presentable and able to represent the company in client-facing interactions.

• Prior experience in the fibre connectivity industry is essential.
• Project management certifications or courses are advantageous.
