POSITION INFO:
What You Bring to the Table:

• Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or 2+ years of relevant IT support experience.
• 2+ years of experience in customer service operations.
• Experience providing technical support to customers.
• Strong experience with the build of Integration Services (iPaaS).
• Knowledge of software engineering best practices in software design and architecture.
• Proficiency in SQL, database design, and stored procedures.
• Exposure to IIS web, Microservices, C#, Rest API, PHP, JavaScript, Web API Services, Bash, SQL, Excel, and Git.
• Experience with SDLC tools such as Jira or YouTrack.
• Service Desk proficiency.
• Knowledge of Synatic and monitoring critical business systems.
• Basic understanding of software languages such as C#, HTML5, SQL, and .NET.
• Flowgear certification.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Ability to learn new software and technologies quickly.

• Provide first-line application support for all Group applications, including issue resolution and root cause analysis.
• Ensure smooth and uninterrupted operation of mission-critical business applications.
• Troubleshoot software issues and monitor system performance.
• Develop a knowledge base of best practices and processes.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to resolve technical issues.
• Write debug code and maintain software while improving coding skills.
• Address and implement minor bug fixes to enhance functionality.
• Conduct development tests and support developers.
• Set up test environments and deploy code to live environments.

• Working Hours: Monday to Friday, 08h00 – 17h00 (overtime as required)
