Junior Stock Assistant

SUMMARY:

Our client based close to Cornubia is looking for an energetic and driven Junior Stock Assistant to join their team, assisting with deliveries, picking & packing of stock and assisting the sales team.
 
Essential to have your own vehicle and valid driver's license.

REQUIREMENTS

• Matric, relevant qualification advantageous
• Valid Drivers license and own transport required
• Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills
• Self-motivated, with a strong drive 
• Ability to manage multiple tasks effectively, with excellent organizational and time
• Strong analytical skills with the ability to troubleshoot and resolve customer issues promptly
• Collaborative mindset with the ability to work harmoniously within a team environment
• Valid drivers license and own transport

• Delivery of orders to various customers
• Checking the stock before deliveries go to customers
• Capturing stock information onto the system
• Developing in-depth knowledge of the company’s product range, including features, benefits, and applications to effectively advise customers
• Addressing customer inquiries, resolving issues, and providing after-sales support to ensure a positive customer experience
• Working closely with the sales team and other departments to align efforts and achieve collective goals
• Any adhoc responsibilities
