Job Duties:

• Assist in managing stock levels and inventory control
• Coordinate with suppliers to ensure timely procurement of materials
• Monitor stock movements and update records accordingly
• Assist in identifying cost-saving opportunities in procurement processes
• Participate in stocktaking activities and reconcile discrepancies
• Prepare reports on stock levels, procurement activities, and related KPIs

Required Qualifications:

• High school diploma or equivalent
• Proven experience in stock control or procurement roles
• Strong attention to detail and numerical skills
• Excellent communication and coordination abilities

Education:

High school diploma or equivalent

Experience:

Previous experience in stock control or procurement roles

Knowledge and Skills:

• Understanding of inventory management principles
• Proficiency in MS Excel and inventory management software
• Knowledge of procurement processes and practises
• Ability to work effectively in a team environment

Preferred Qualifications:

• Relevant certification in supply chain management or procurement
• Experience in the IT or Internet industry

Working Conditions:

This role will be based in an office setting within the IT and Internet industry. Standard office hours apply.
