Job Duties:

• Monitor stock levels and ensure availability of inventory
• Coordinate with suppliers to place orders and track deliveries
• Maintain accurate records of stock movements and transactions
• Conduct regular stock audits to identify discrepancies and implement corrective measures
• Assist in developing and implementing procurement strategies
• Collaborate with internal teams to forecast stock needs and plan procurement activities

Required Qualifications:

• High school diploma or equivalent
• Relevant certification or training in stock control and procurement

Education:

High school diploma or equivalent

Experience:

• 1-2 years of experience in stock control or procurement role
• Experience with inventory management software

Knowledge and Skills:

• Understanding of stock control principles and practises
• Knowledge of procurement processes and supply chain management
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
• Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities

Preferred Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Supply Chain Management, or related field
• Additional certifications in stock control or procurement

Working Conditions:
