POSITION INFO:
Minimum requirements:

• A high school diploma or equivalent
• Some experience in warehousing, inventory management, or logistics is beneficial, even if it’s through internships or part-time roles
• Basic knowledge of warehouse operations and inventory control processes
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
• Good communication skills for coordinating with team members and other departments.
• Ability to lift and move items as needed and to work in a warehouse environment
• Willingness to learn and adapt to new processes and technologies in a dynamic environment
• Fluent in Afrikaans and English

• Overseeing the receipt and dispatch of stock
• Quality Control of inventory
• Regular Inventory management
• Warehouse Maintenance
• Incident reporting
• Following up with transport companies regarding deliveries and scheduling of loads
• Handling general inquiries regarding stock availability to depots
• Communicating with depots regarding stock and stock deliveries
• Following up on direct deliveries to depots
