Junior Wheeled Energy Engineer – Cape Town
POSITION INFO:
What you will be doing:
- Energy business case modelling.
- Solar PV site yield assessments.
- Site tariff analysis.
- Energy market/regulation research.
- Interface with energy clients.
- Project development and IPP engagement.
- Review of solar and wind energy companies and sites.
- Document editing and control.
- Tendering and RFP submissions.

Qualification & Skill Requirements:
Required:
- Technical qualification (BSc Eng – Electrical/Mechanical/Mechatronic).
- At least one year of experience in project management/project engineering in the solar PV renewable energy industry.
Beneficial:
- MSc Engineering Degree (or similar).
- AutoCAD LT exposure.
- Electrical engineering background or experience.
- Design experience for solar PV projects.
- Experience with Google Workplace (docs, sheets, slides).
Physical Requirements:
- Own Transport.
- Reside in Cape Town or the immediate surrounds.
