POSITION INFO:

The Suitable candidate will work with the company's sales, advertising and marketing team. 

Requirements:

• Female incumbent
• Admin and social media-related experience
• Ability to work in the following but not limited to: MS Office (Word, Excel, Outlook), Canva, Meta Business Suite
• Reside in the Nelson Mandela Metropolitan area
• Valid driver's license

Skills:

• Create, upload and maintain content across various advertising platforms
• Update all necessary admin spreadsheets and systems
• Arrange marketing material such as flyers, business cards etc
• Demonstrate knowledge of phone an email procedures and etiquette
• Must be able to conduct viewings of the respective properties and do show houses (after hours and over weekends too)
• Must be able to plan/organize company functions and events such as golf days etc
• Must be able and willing to work after hours and on weekends (Especially for events)
