SUMMARY:
Our client is seeking an experienced Key Accounts Manager with a background in hygiene, commercial cleaning products, or chemicals, or hospitality / pharmaceutical background. The ideal candidate will have a strong track record in managing key client relationships, driving business growth, and providing tailored solutions to meet customer needs.

POSITION INFO:

Educational Requirements:

• Matric certificate.
• Diploma in Business, Marketing, or a relevant field would be advantageous.

Professional Experience:

• Minimum 5 years of experience in key account management or a similar client-facing role
• Ability to develop and implement strategic account plans aligned with business goals.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills for effective client engagement and internal coordination.
• Proficiency in data analysis to evaluate performance and guide decision-making.
• Expertise in negotiating contracts, pricing, and terms with clients.
• Strong collaboration skills to work effectively with cross-functional teams.
• In-depth understanding of industry trends, market dynamics, and client needs.

• Understand and assess hygiene audit criteria to ensure compliance and accurate evaluations.
• Verify and maintain Hygiene Files and Tank Manuals to ensure documentation is up to date and accurate.
