Our client, a leader in the logistics and supply chain industry, is seeking a proactive and results-driven Key Accounts Manager to oversee and expand relationships with high-value clients. This role focuses on delivering exceptional service, ensuring efficient supply chain solutions, and driving strategic account growth to align with organizational goals.

Responsibilities

• Build and nurture strong, long-term relationships with key logistics clients to foster loyalty and trust.
• Act as the primary point of contact for clients, addressing their logistics and supply chain needs promptly and effectively.
• Develop and implement customized account plans to achieve client satisfaction and revenue growth.
• Identify opportunities for upselling logistics services such as warehousing, freight forwarding, and transportation solutions.
• Collaborate with operations, transport, and customer service teams to ensure seamless delivery of logistics services.
• Analyze client performance metrics, prepare reports, and present insights to stakeholders for continuous improvement.
• Stay ahead of market trends, logistics innovations, and competitor offerings to provide proactive client solutions.
• Negotiate service agreements, pricing structures, and terms to secure sustainable and profitable contracts.
• Ensure compliance with regulatory and industry standards in all client operations.
