SUMMARY:
We are looking for a skilled Laminating Production Operator with extensive experience in operating high-tech equipment and working on continuous production lines in a manufacturing environment.

POSITION INFO:
Qualifications:

Matric (Grade 12)
A technical qualification would be an advantage
Certification in high-tech equipment operation (short courses)
Proficiency in Microsoft Office and Outlook
Valid driver’s license

Experience:

Minimum of 10 years of hands-on experience with high-tech equipment
At least 10 years of experience in a manufacturing environment, specifically working with continuous production lines

Key Competencies & Attributes:

Experience in supervising and managing employees
Production planning and calculation skills
Team-oriented mindset with effective collaboration skills
Familiarity with ISO standards and compliance
