Job Description

My client is looking for a Junior production Manager to run production whilst minimising waste, optimising throughput and applying all relevant Food Safety & Quality principles in the plant.  You will be responsible for complying to SHE standards, and responsible for the workforce, PPE compliance and the upskilling and management thereof. Temperature control and cold-chain integrity is vital.  COLD-WORKING ENVIRONMENT. Work co-operatively with maintenance on planned and un-planned maintenance.  MUST have at least 4 years production supervisory experience and proven ability and experience in management of people and have worked with stock management.

Qualifications

Must have MATRIC and ideally have a Diploma in Production or Ops Management of equivalent. SAGE and Stock Management Software.

Skills

Self -starter and self-motivated. Attention to detail.
