Job Description

In this position you will be reporting to the senior estimator

Your duties will include but not limited to:

• Standardize all works between the sites on budgets and allowables
• Manage all commercial and tendering relating aspects
• Minimizing the cost of a project and to increase value for money
• Ensuring statutory building regulations are priced
• Have two way communication with the QS team
• General systems improvements

Qualifications

• BTech/BSc in Quantity Surveying

Skills

• +3 years of experience
• CCS (Construction Costing Software) & QTO or Cost X
