Our client is a Quantity Surveyors firm that has delivered quality multi-disciplinary projects and consulting services to clients in the mining, engineering and architectural fields, for many years.

Job Description

In this position which urgently needs to be filled you will be reporting to a PrQS and your duties will include but not limited to:

• Consulting
• Measurement and pricing for various levels of feasibility studies
• Projects feasibility
• Capital estimates
• Preparation of tender and contract documentation, including procurement
• Preparation of tender evaluation reports
• Analysis and evaluation of tenders
• Payment valuation and certification
• Contract administration
• Site based

You will be mainly working on: Mining (majority), Earthworks and Civil projects. You will be travelling between sites.

Qualifications

• BSc / BTech QS
• Pr registration required

Skills

• 3+ years of experience
• Familiar with Win QS and/or Dim X
