Job Description

As the Site Agent, you will be reporting to the Directors.  You will be working with new builds and refurbishments building projects. Your duties will include but not limited to:

• Manage the project from current stage to completion
• Manage subcontractors

Scope of project:  55 bed private hospital

This is a 6 months contract with a possibility of it becoming permanent if you prove yourself adequately & our client has additional projects – which is likely. 

Qualifications

• BTech/Diploma in Building

Skills

• 8+ years’ experience
• MS Projects
