Job Description

You will be reporting to the Senior PQS. Your duties will include but not limited to:

• Feasibility
• Cost reporting
• Final Account

Scope of project:  Commercial and Retail, some Hospital (Value from R10 mill to R1 bill)

In this position you will be office based and will travel within SA as required

Qualifications

• BTech/BSc Quantity Surveying
• PrQS registration is a must

Skills

• 3+ years’ exp in commercial & retail
• Win QS, Dim X
