Labour Relations Officer - 3 months Contract

JOB DESCRIPTION:

Facilitate and monitor employee relations officer

Monitor submission of grievances with prescribed timeframes

Choose progress of grieviences submitted

Monitor disciplinary cases submitted for compliance with prescribed timeframes

Check progress on the sesolution of cases with National Office

Check implementations of sanctions

Check statistics on disciplinary case submitted

Facilitate meetings with organised labour
