CORE PURPOSE OF JOB

Supervision of Grounds and Garden teams and the implementation of grounds and landscape maintenance plan.  Supporting Horticulture operations.

KEY PERFORMANCE AREAS

Supervision of Grounds and Garden teams, facilitating key Horticulture activities, ensuring that OSH protocols are complied with during daily activities.

CORE COMPETENCIES

The incumbent of this position must have:

• Understanding of garden maintenance techniques is required to create a quality landscape, whilst achieving results-driven objectives. 
• Methodical approach to garden maintenance whether daily or seasonal programmes.
• experience in irrigation repairs.

MINIMUM REQUIREMENTS

2 – 3 years supervisory experience in the Horticultural, Landscaping or Agricultural industry.  A valid Grade 12 certificate, valid code 08 driver’s license.
