Manufacturing company looking for a Late Shift Manager (12pm - 9pm)

JOB DESCRIPTION:

Qualifications

Matric
Relevance Bachelors Degree
Drivers license
Forklift license (highly beneficial)

Requirements

Must have experience working on SAP / Qwix
Experience in conducting disciplinary hearings, coaching and mentoring staff
Logistics Management experience
WMS experience

Duties

Plan, organise and maintain customer relationships
Lead their team, not from the office, but with a hands on involved approach
Flexibility to work in a changing, fast paced environment
Communicate with all levels of the organisation
Meet deadlines
Present and report.
