Duties: 
 

• Analyse complex datasets, identify insights, and present findings through clear reports or dashboards. 

• Provide data-driven recommendations to leadership for achieving business goals. 

• Ensure data accuracy, consistency, and reliability through robust validation processes. 

• Lead analysis projects, mentor junior team members, and work cross-functionally with other departments. 

• Create predictive models, statistical tools, and frameworks to solve problems and enhance efficiency. 

• Matric (Grade 12) 

• Bachelor's degree in mathematics, Statistics, Data Science, or a related field (Computer Science, Physics, or Engineering). 

• Honors degrees in mentioned fields would be advantageous. 

• 3 - 5 years' experience in statistical analysis, data analysis, data mining, and data manipulation. 

• Practical experience with software tools such as Python, R, or C++ is advantageous. 

• Strong knowledge of statistical methods, predictive modelling, and data interpretation. 

• Ability to align analysis with organisational goals and key performance metrics. 

• Clear presentation of insights to technical and non-technical stakeholders. 

• Experience in leading projects and mentoring team members. 

• Ensuring data accuracy and quality through rigorous validation. 

• Capacity to embrace new tools, technologies, and industry trends.
