What You’ll Do:

• ✔️ 5+ years’ experience in data science, specializing in business intelligence, analytics, or operational decision-making.
• ✔️ Proficiency in Python (Pandas, NumPy, Scikit-Learn) and expertise in data visualization tools.
• ✔️ Experience working with large datasets and databases (SQL, Snowflake, BigQuery, or similar).
• ✔️ Strong foundation in statistical analysis & machine learning methodologies.
• ✔️ Leadership experience or a strong desire to build and manage a data science team.
• ✔️ Excellent communication skills, with the ability to simplify complex data for non-technical stakeholders.

• ⭐ Experience in credit risk modeling, alternative credit scoring, or financial data analysis.
• ⭐ Familiarity with cloud-based data platforms (AWS, GCP, and Azure).
