We are looking for driven and well spoken individuals to join our Lead Generation team supporting our Insurance & Energy space. The ideal candidate will be career focused with a passion for customer experience.
Educational Requirements (Educational / academic qualifications)
· Matric (National Senior Certificate) or equivalent
Key Performance Areas: (Specific Description of the job)
· To generate telecommunications leads; Energy and Insurance products to consumers in the United Kingdom.
· To do what is always in the best interests of the customer
· To accurately represent the Huntswood client identity.
· To accurately represent the client product/ service.
· To achieve and exceed personal/team qualitative and quantitative targets
· To achieve and exceed the dial time and dial targets set for the specific campaign
· To make the most effective and efficient use of data possible
· Efficient call handling
· To develop an intimate knowledge and understanding of the products sold in terms of:
o How they work
o How they benefit the customer
o The types of customers that would benefit from a particular product
o How the products fit into the competitive landscape
· Actively participate in and contribute to team meetings
· Proactively look to improve the Huntswood’s Lead Generation process
· Proactively share knowledge with other team members
· Proactively contribute to developing the Huntswood business
Prior Work Experience / Background:
· 1-2 years’ experience in a telephony-based role.
· Strong phone and verbal communication skills along with active listening
· Customer focus and adaptability to different personality types
· Ability to multi-task, set priorities and manage time effectively
· Lead generation experience in an international environment *Preferred
